Part exchange money my way i had a corsa wanted a larger car sold me 1600 then second day engine light came onto bnging noise from the back took it to kwlik fit to find out shock observer was snapped nd also exhaust blowing . Then I asked to exchange the car I waited 6 weeks kept calling eventually gave me a focus o5 plate and cash lost out on my side . The focus stared making loud noises I paid for a garage to check it over some bolts where found out to be loose and now after 4 weeks ended up being scrapped I will say this is a ongoing issue I have been in contact with the appropriate peoplerecommend dealing x

Bought a car that was insurance right off and was not told and when was by dvla that had to take to test station for a check that it was ok with the cost to me when went back to them was told tuff

Be aware dodgy cars, dodgy company. Happy to sell you a faulty car and take your money, then don't want to know you. Don't shop here, look elsewhere.

Over the moon with our purchase and will definitely recommend anyone looking for a car to definitely make this place your first stop. Took the car in today and asked if they could help with changing a headlight bulb as it was a tad difficult to remove and replace with no questions asked it was done . Excellent service any problems quickley sorted bought 55 plate car couple offite problems but soon put right by them ant complain 15 year car but they quickley sorted the small problems out only to be expected from 16 yeatd car. Recommend a y time

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!I purchased my very first car from Royal Car Sales. I adored it, unfortunately, it was sold to me by cowboys. In less than 6 months it was clear I needed something else. The engine light had been coming on from about 2-3 months after I bought it and when I took it back to Royal car sales they told me it was because of emissions due to me filling up at supermarkets rather than petrol stations. In reality, the car was knackered, the engine needed new parts, as did the exhaust and a stream of other issues were presenting themselves... and all these guys were doing was turning off the engine light.The electrics had gone to pot, the car would randomly lock and unlock itself, the windows would drop into the car doors and I'd had to wedge them up with bits of card, at this time I was still within my parts warranty, and royal car sales were happy to fix the window... as long as I paid for it because that part isn't covered in the parts warranty" (honestly

I bought a car from Royal car sales from the the first minute to the last it was an amazing service. They made me feel welcome showed me multiple cars never pressured me into anything as other dealers do. Once the car was bought 2 weeks later one of the the front headlights went off took the car back they changed it for me instantly apologised for the inconvenience and also gave me a chocolate muffin. Very pleased with the service and would definitely recommend to friends and family.
