Burger King has no burgers. Okay. It's like Halfords having no brake lights, or Tesco's having no bread. well done.The bread is always stale anyway, and you know the person making the food doesn't care at all.This tiny glimpse of luxury, ordering a burger, gets messed up. Thanks.

Just ordered from here, spent £45 on 4 meals and a burger, arrived missing two meals.Firstly for £45 I could have taken my family out for a meal for an extra £10, for it to then arrive just 2 meals and a burger, tried to contact the driver to no avail and tried to contact the restaurant and couldn’t get through either. Poor service, poor customer service, over priced no deal.Would not recommend

Landed after flying back from a break with the kids, was a bit late, so no time to consider anything other than feeding them at a services, which is usually going to mean more expensive, but with the franchises - decent consistent food.Except this time. Took the kids burgers back once, after they ate half (because I told them to not be silly and eat thier dinner) because the food was stale.Got 2 replacement burgers for them, and genuinely surprised, they were stale too! The answer I got after requesting the server to literally feel the hard, stale bun, was that 'yeah that happens when the pack has been open for a while'...Not thrilled. Eventually got 2, actual fresh burgers.Seems like Burger King management might need to make the time to visit.

Having enjoyed a Steakhouse Crispy Chicken at another BK in Leeds, I was really looking forward to trying one again andThe onion rings, Fries and milkshake were on point. Sadly the Steakhouse Crispy Chicken was MINGING. I don't think I've ever eaten anything so unworthy of coming out of a BK kitchen.Busy with plenty of orders, so it took time for the order to be ready.Wouldn't eat here again by choice, as burger was rubbish and a complete rip off.

Take out always to late to complain about the Food! Staff very helpful as I hate the Touch screen ordering as I want thing as I want them.. No Ice in my drink and a bit of Mayo in the XL Bacon Burger....Who ever built it forgot a Slice of Cheese Only one I hear you cry and the Bun was stale

Good for a burger king.Had double whooper. Chips and strawberry milkshake.all cooked nicely. Fries were hot.Quite busy which probably means food was fresh

Waited over 20 minutes for my order. People who came in after us got their meals before we did. I went and asked where my order was to be told there was an error. No sorry or anything. Waited another 10 mins before we got our meal. I asked to speak to the manager who said there was a glitch in the ordering. Still no sorry just a smirk. Won't be using Burger King again

Had a vegan plant with fake bacon. To be honest it had a great flavor. The staff were pleasant and happy to answer any questions about their products. 2 guys on the front were accommodating.The tables are clean and we had a good break here.

I'm done with motorway service burger kings. I made 1 simple order of 20 vegan Nuggets and they couldn't even get that right. 17 Nuggets were given, and they had obviously been sitting around for ages, very chewy and not nice and fresh.They wrote 20 vegan Nuggets" on the box

I'd leave a no star review if it was available. Advertised as being open till midnight, closed at 22.00. No other food available at this supposedly 24 hour service area. The only consolation I have given my previous experience of Burger King is that I won't be charged rip off money for lousy food.
