Good selection of tiles and showroom is nice and big which helps visualise how different combination of tiles will look. But found staff rude and arrogant. I asked simple questions that anyone would ask when spending so much ££ on bathroom tiles like what kind of upkeep is required and whether standard cleaning products will damage the tiles but staff acted like the questions were ridiculous, saying they've never been asked these things before. As much as I liked the tiles, I didn't like the attitude. Instead found the same brand at a local supplier who offered a better price. Only good thing is they're very generous when giving samples of tiles which is helpful to take back and see how it would look in your own room.

Fantastic bathroom displays and fabulous tiles for walls and flooring. But their phone service is really not so good, meaning you did to go there. Not cheap, but sometimes they have 40% off sales but still expensive, but if you want that special look, then it's worth it.

We waited almost 2 hours at the porcelanosa store to be seen by someone (didn't have an appointment) I was on the verge of giving up waiting, felt nobody bothered to give us an update either or acknowledge we were waiting, felt very much ignored.Then we met Karisha. I can honestly say she was definetly worth every minute of that wait. We were so lucky to be seen by her, the knowledge and expertise she had was uncomparable with anyone we had previosuly seen. As we were renovating the entire house needed tiles and accosies for 4 bathrooms, she patiently went through one by one and pointed out the small small details that we had forgotten.We ofcourse corrected everything as per Karishas advise, and its one of the best decisions we made in the renovation project.The tiles were amazing and we asked our tiler to follow Karishas advise... and the picture I have attached of one of the bathrooms with this review will speak for itself.From the bottom of our heart, thank you Karisha! You are amazing.

Showroom Manager Mr Harpreet made our visit very efficient and helped me pick the right materials for my refurbishment project.

Popped in to get an urgent bag of grout this Saturday and they couldn’t sell me anything as their systems were down. They said come back Monday. Too late for my tiler who wasted a day. After I get through this delayed job i will avoid buying anymore grouts or adhesives from Porcelanosa - no refunds or customer service. And in this case absolutely no service !

PORCELANOSA Watford have been absolutely amazing. A beautiful showroom with a great variety of designs and tiles to choose from.I had the pleasure of meeting Mr Asim Akhtar, the Sales Consultant, who was extremely efficient and professional when helping me throughout the process.He most definitely made the whole process seamless with his fantastic guidance, attitude and professionalism and was very helpful throughout. Would give Mr Asim Akhtar a 10 out of 10!Definitely recommend PORCELANOSA Watford!

Spent nearly half an hour here checking the bathroom and kitchens and not 1 member of staff approached us to ask if we needed any assistance. There seems to also be no uniform to what staff wear. I noticed people sitting at staff desks with outdoor jackets on. Therefore customers wouldn't even know who to ask for help. It's a shame as their designs appear to be very nice. Must loose out on a lot of business with this mismanagement of customers.

UPDATE:The totally lame response to my review speaks volumes.Totally inept.As detailed by another reviewer, the store was randomly closed for staff to enjoy a 50th Anniversary Celebration. I checked on the website before setting off and it clearly says open 10am-4pm on Sundays. I called ahead just to check - no answer and no message to say closed. We made a 30 minute trip in 30 degrees heat to be told by a nice young man we had wasted our time. I asked to speak to the store manager and a pleasant lady advised us we could pop in but there would not be anyone to help us -which was fine with us. A lovely showroom consultant Ricky Tang offered to show us around and even offered us some drinks which we refused as it was not our event. We saw quite a few things we liked in the time we were there and will revisit with an appointment. However, word of warning, the store manager a Mr Harpreet Sehmi, was incredibly full of himself. This event he said was last minute (even thought they had 50 years notice!) and he had no apology or regret for not updating the website or an answerphone message and wasting our time. As we walked out after our 15 minute walk round he made a snarky comment to his mates/family within our earshot trying to impress them. How sad for such a premium brand to have this chap as a store manager. Obviously out of his depth in terms of customer service. The nice young man who greeted us on arrival said he had turned away at least 10 customers that day. Very disrespectful of customers reflecting poor leadership. Lovely showroom and products - badly let down by a terrible showroom manager. I feel for the staff.
