Sold a faulty product and received no satisfaction from the manager. Also paid £10 over the prices quoted on Amazon. The management says no price match policy. No refunds for faulty products either. Will not use them again, if they employ louts.

Bought 2 washing machines and a heatpump tumble dryer so far this year, guys in shop are good, nice to deal with, very helpful, good reliable deliveries. On experience so far would recommend highly.

My elderly mum Paid for a brush. Man inside swapped it for one that had been used. :( she was too embarrassed to go back. The man told her the outside one was the display model. Basically a rip off. Should be ashamed.
