Did a 12 week online programme with Luke and I’m always been worried with online that I won’t know what I’m doing properly with the excercises but Luke made sure I did know with sessions to demonstrate/ videos and weekly check ins. I’ve had a few PTs in the past and luke is by far the best. He makes you achieve what you want without the attitude of it being your life’s importance and needing to over Excercise unnecessarily because that can be a daunting thing going to a PT thinking they will judge you but he won’t!He will work with you to understand your body as everyone is different and ‘one size doesn’t fit all!’I’ve seen major results in 12 weeks in building muscle and I have learnt a lot from luke to continue to grow myself for a while before I do another block with him!

As someone who had been on and off at the gym for years and been getting frustrated, I decided to seek out a PT to get more out of my gym sessions. From Luke and his programme, I’ve learned better technique, nutrition and what it takes to get results. His counselling background has also meant he’s been more than just a trainer and has helped me through personal challenges outside of the gym. I’ll take what I’ve learned to carry on progressing, which is a result in itself given how frustrated I was with training before working with Luke. Luke has been a brilliant personal trainer and I have thoroughly enjoyed my time working with him in the last few months.Before we began the sessions, we discussed my targets and areas that I would like to improve and I feel he really took the time to listen in order to plan the best workouts that were suitable for me.Luke introduced me to the workouts gradually and effectively, always being clear on instruction and taking the time to show me each exercise when necessary.Luke is extremely patient and has the balance of pushing you in your workout, but at the same time making sure you are comfortable with the pace at all times.I started seeing results almost immediately, and in the course of 3 months he helped by discussing nutrition as well as exercise tips, which in result allowed me to lose the weight that I wanted as well as changing to a much healthier lifestyle.Overall, Luke is great to work with and is a very down to earth and approachable person. I would highly recommend him as a personal trainer.

I’ve worked with Luke for the past 10 weeks and honestly he has been a pleasure to work with. I came to him not in the best physical and mental shape after the 10 weeks I now feel the best I’ve every felt and now it’s a lifestyle that is easy to maintain now due to Luke’s help. I would encourage anyone that is thinking about getting a pt to train with Luke he Will definitely help you reach your goals like he helped me reach mine.

I am a runner who has been plagued by injuries over the last two years. I’ve seen a couple of different physiotherapists who diagnosed me with plantar fasciitis in my foot and tendinitis in the top of my hamstring/bottom of my glute (both very common running injuries). They set programmes of ‘at home’ strength building exercises but my injuries were just not getting better and running was too painful to do.I decided to try and build my leg strength at the gym but I had no idea how to use the equipment and where to start. Fortunately I got chatting to Luke and realised the help of a PT was just what I needed!Luke did a thorough assessment and came up with a great programme of strength work. He tailored the programme to the time I could spare each week and really focused on working to resolve my injuries.A few months on and I am running more comfortably now. The pain has subsided a lot and I feel like I am finally making real progress. I even enjoy weight training now thanks to Luke giving me the confidence to use the equipment properly.

Without a doubt would recommend Luke 100%. Approachable, friendly and a vast amount of knowledge. Everything from nutrition, supplements and exercise routines explained thoroughly with reasonings which helped my understanding, in turn building confidence within the gym. Results showing after just several weeks! I look forward to training again with Luke in the future. 5*

12 week programme with luke was brilliant! I have been very busy and even had a lads holiday in between and he has still managed to accommodate my needs and definitely pulled in the results! Highly recommend him!
