We love our wedding rings!Nicky saw a ring a few years ago in a shop and loved it. She found out who made it and we tracked Jacks down to make our wedding rings. We could not be happier and have had so many compliments on them. The photo does not do the rings justice. They are stunning!Jacks is fabulous to work with. She is a true professional who clearly loves what she does and connected so nicely with us.

A few months ago, after 49 years of marriage, all I had was a collection of broken, worn and way too small wedding, engagement and eternity rings! These I sent off to Jacks and she created a beautiful, sparkly, modern and wearable ring for me. This lady is not a jeweller, she is a magician!The whole process was simple, even though my circumstances meant we had to communicate via WhatsApp and email, pleasant and enjoyable.Thank you so much Jacks

I loved Jacks work as soon as I found it. I got in touch and went to meet her in her studio. I brought with me some jewellery that I no longer wore but which was of sentimental value and a rather battered wedding ring. The bespoke ring that Jacks subsequently designed and made for me from these bits and pieces surpassed all my expectations. I have never owned a piece of jewellery as beautiful and from the moment I put it on I can't stop looking at it :-)

Jacks was fantastic and helped me design a simply beautiful and elegant ring for my now fiance. I used diamonds and the gold from an existing ring which Jack remodelled into a new ring. Furthermore, she helped me realise my idea of using the pearl from the original ring to turn into a beautiful necklace.

Jacks is wonderful and her jewellery is stunning, she helped me find the perfect earrings for my sister for her wedding- some gorgeous silver and gold studs. The quality is amazingly with great attention to detail.Jacks also worked with my husband in the past to design my engagement and wedding rings. A huge thank you to Jacks! I commissioned a silver textured diamond ring - when it arrived it was absolutely beautiful. We needed to resize it slightly and Jacks was extremely quick to do this. Highly recommend!

Jacks recently created a beautiful bespoke ring for me using diamonds and gold from my grandmother's engagement ring. The whole process was a lovely experience and I really felt part of the creative process with Jacks communicating every stage of the design clearly and without pressure.
