We required a builder for the external facia which included removal of external and internal walls and preparation work for the installation of an automatic sliding door. Scott and the team where able to work with the architect drawings and specification and collaborate with the shop fitters on a timely manner. Bedroom renovationI commissioned Scott to fully renovate a bedroom in my home and he did an excellent job to the highest standards. He even went the extra mile to make sure I was satisfied, I would highly recommend his services.In the past I’ve tried managing renovation work in my home myself, but Scott took care of everything and deployed an attention to detail that a home owner would pride themselves with. He made sure to ask me questions about the work being carried out to make sure I was happy and kept me updated about the progress of the work, without the need for promoting.Scott is very knowledgable about his work and clearly takes pride in providing an excellent service. He made sure to tidy up before leaving at the end of every day.Scott and his colleagues stripped two rooms right back to the plaster and floorboards, created a bigger space by removing a partition wall then fully renovated the entire new room. This included plastering, a lot of joinery work, extending a chimney protrusion to accommodate two bespoke made wardrobes, installing new pipework and radiators, re-wiring for all electrics and fitting new sockets, painting & wallpapering and concealing wires before fitting a new wall hung tv & games console.The room is now finished and Scott delivered on time and on budget.It looks fantastic.I am one extremely happy customer.

Scott was thoroughly professional from our first meeting, writing up suggestions and costs which remained transparent right the way through the project. The work itself is fantastic and has transformed my flat with what was quite a strict budget. All communication with Scott was a pleasure. If he was busy and couldn't speak he'd send a message to explain when he'd be free and would ring at that time. I highly recommend Scott's workmanship and ability to manage a full renovation.

Absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Scott from the outset explained exactly what he would be able to do and his attention to detail was brilliant.During the job he was able to source certain materials from the developers on site and passed these savings onto me. It is very rare in this day and age to see such honesty. Also during the build process he kept me updated and informed at all times.The finished article is much better than I’d expected and I’m absolutely delighted.Scott has a good team working alongside him and I, along with my wife and children, were very comfortable in their company.As a result of the conversion itself I was more than happy to contract Scott to do a lot of extra work in the property which included converting my downstairs bathroom, fit the flooring, change all the light fittings, add an a outside tap and basically anything else I could think of.Highly recommended.

Scott is an excellent joiner and has massively helped me out for my first 3 bed property refurb. Attention to detail and very good at communicating I would highly recommend using Scott. Make sure you are organised however and get booked up in advance. 10/10
