Had such a wonderful experience at your store yesterday. I booked an appointment to have some help choosing my wedding fragrance. I’ve never had a Jo Malone scent before as we had only used the candles/diffusers in the past. Karen was incredibly knowledgeable and we blind tested the scents so that I could just focus on the smell instead of the name throwing me off. Karen then offered to do a hand and arm massage so that I could layer the lotion scent I liked most with the perfume I loved. We went away to do some more shopping and popped back after wearing the scent for some time and decided to buy both the lotion and the fragrance. Again Karen was extremely helpful, and even prepared a small bridal gift for me alongside the products I purchased, which was just such a lovely touch, as well as carefully packing the items so beautifully. Karen is an absolute credit to your team and I cannot thank her enough for making this part of the wedding preparation so special.

We had such a lovely experience with Jo malone at cribbs causeway to help choose our wedding scents. The lady who helped us gave us so much time, care and attention and took a genuine interest in our wedding plans. We’re so pleased we decided on these scents for our day and wouldn’t hesitate to purchase again & recommend the experience to others.

The packaging and delicate scents are all wonderful.Would definitely recommend that you spend some time trying out the different fragrances to make sure you get the ones you like!There is a large table with all the testers on in the middle of the store. Once you’ve decided on your scent you can not only purchase your fragrance but also a wide range of body wash, creams, shower oils, candles, diffusers, home and car accessories too!Would definitely recommend paying a visit to this store, the experience in itself is fantastic.
