First time ordering with the company and they were excellent. They phoned me up to tell me I could collect my order any time (way before the slot I picked online). When in store a worked stopped what he was doing to serve me (I was waiting 2nd in the queue) and then another worked carried all my lumber straight to my car without me even asking. 10/10 service, a great company.

Had to urgently replace fence panels in our garden due to the weather and BPS Leamington Spa delivered new panels on the day helping us solve our problem at an excellent price. Customer service was fantastic and very friendly to non-traders.

Fantastic service. They had everything we needed for our new patio. The staff were very knowledgeable when we were choosing our stone and the delivery driver was very skilled and friendly, stacking the goods exactly where we wanted.
