My Blackstar digital amp was being really glitchy so booked it in with Fretronics.All I can say is WOW! Not only did Olly accurately diagnose the likely problems ahead of the amp being dropped off, his communication and ease of dealing was incredible.Anyway, dropped my amp off, had a chat and within an hour it was all sorted! Following up, I thought I may have had to reload all my settings when I got home - but no, Olly had fully backed it up and restored too!I honestly can't endorse Olly and Fretronics highly enough for communication, speed, quality of workmanship and cost. Believe me, I will not go anywhere else now anytime any of my gear needs a service.If there's any more than a Five Star review available, Fretronics get it! Use them with absolute confidence and satisfaction!

Have had new pickups installed in a guitar and some service and repair work done on an amp recently at Fretronics.Very professional, quick turnaround and was regularly in contact with me throughout to discuss my options and costs. Highly recommend and I will be going here for all my musical equipment service and repair work from now on.

I discovered Fretronics through BlackStar when my guitar amp needed a minor repair. I was impressed by Olly and asked if he could undertake a more complex repair to a Bose line array PA system which looked as if it was heading to the dump. A couple of weeks later, and it’s working like new. Impressive expertise and great value for money. Happy to give a high recommendation.

Ohh god, how do I start, so much to say. Bought a fc12 pedal of ebay which cost me £600 and broke in couple of days due to use of active mic xlr cable , extremely panicked about my me loosing so much money ,got the warranty company g66 involved to see what can be done and they've told me to send it to this repair shop. Sent it on Monday and they've received on Wednesday and in the same day they fixed , called me back to say its been fixed and posted back, all in the same day. Got it back all fixed Friday in the same week. I can only say thank you so much for such a great fast and amazing service.

Fretronics what can I say.. basically had in imported US blackstar HT1, never been right, sound was awful and wasnt happy with it. Ollie gave it once over and recommended a conversion to UK voltage, completed in a few days, a top guy. prompt, professional and reasonable. Amp absolutely bangs it out now...be going back for any amp issues and servicing, cheers Ollie....

glad i took my amp theregot a too good to be true deal on a fender hotrod deluxe amp which was basically due for the skipthis dude had it back within a week absolutely banging!!! in delighted. will definetely retyrn for wnybfurther works on any of my instruments cheers
