I’ve been a patient at this practice for more than a year and never had any major issues or complains. Almost every time I called or reached out I managed to get the same or the next day appointment.During my last visit I saw Dr Boggis. Doctor was really attentive and sensible about my issues.

Zef - a very unprofessional staff at Newton Medical center. He is ignoring basic questions as what Doctor's are available today?" and replies back in very rude way. I've felt discrimination and racism from Zef. I would like to Report this to NHS ... if Zef is not happy to answer basic questions to patients then maybe this is not the right place for him to work (as receptionist)... Please don't take racists like Zef.Otherwise I like Newton Medical center

It is so refreshing to finally have a doctor who actually listens, who is not taking the easiest solution and instead checks for possible underlying causes, who actually cares and shows empathy. Dr Tian Jiang deserves all praise! But the whole practice is equally matching those standards. I am so happy to choose this medical center from all in this area. Never had any issues. Yes, the NHS is overstretched, sometimes they are extremely busy, but nearly always I can hear from my doctor the same or next day. If I could I'd give more stars than just 5!

Where to start my first priscription was over a week late due to a power cut benefit of the doubt given, But here we are yet again over a week late. Its been in with the dr since 0910 this morning its 1427pm and still nothing if id have known this level of incompetence existed id have not registered

PICK UP The PHONE!Doctors are ok. Some are great some are average but overall very decent.But it is impossible to book. They don’t accept appointments made in person and calling me as waiting for 30-40 min on the phone only to have the line disconnected when it’s your turn.Plus daily lunch break is unheard of!

The very best surgery EVER...Personally I have never had form of ill treatment nor disrespect from the staff on reception. I have always found them extremely helpful and courteousAs for the Doctors and nurses...I would rate them all highly.They demonstrate compassion and empathy and they do not hesitate in referring you on to other services .I intend to remain with this practice till day I transition from this universe

Firstly a huge thank you to Melissa from the reception who gave me an excellent customer service when I visited the practice on Monday. I needed to getin touch with the practice, but unfortunately after three attempts of trying to call newton medical centre- to no avail, and waiting for more than 45 minutes for my call to be answered, I gave up, and decided to walk-in instead.Melissa gave the best customer service I have received for a while. She listened, was patient, empathetic, and understood my needs. She also went above and beyond and managed to get things done.Unfortunately, I have being diagnosed with an illness and needed to be referred ASAP. Melissa understood it and did her utmost for this to be done. Hence me giving 4stars. Iwould have given 0* stars for unanswered phone calls if it was not for Melissa. She deserved 5 stars, as several phone calls to the practice were not answered, and I needed to go physically to the medical centre for my query to be dealt with. However, it was great to see someone so customer focused, caring, patient and with good work ethic.

Dr Maha Hijazi is a fantastic doctor. Always so caring and goes out of her way to ease your fears. I have always felt great after her consultations and well cared for. She is just brilliant and if anything she makes this practice well loved and respected. All the best to her and the team

This is the WORST doctors surgery I have ever been to. I have had the same repeat prescription for 7 years and nowhere has managed to screw it up as royally as this surgery. Over 5 times I have been left without my medication due to the utter incompetence and indolence of the surgery - and have had to go through awful withdrawal symptoms because I have been left without. Absolutely diabolical. Do NOT sign up to this practice. If I could give zero stars I would.
