Myself and my partner have just moved into a new home with a pre installed log burner. We have both never used one before. We contacted Warren to clean the flue which he did very efficiently however he also took the time to teach us how to use the stove properly and also provided us with important safety knowledge. He also took time to make kindling from our logs. I was very impressed with the service provided and will 100% use Warren in the future

Mersey Sweeps offered a 5-star service from start to finish. I was very impressed with Warren’s flexibility, communication, speed of response, and competitive price.When he arrived he was incredibly efficient, very personable, and did an amazing job. The stove looks fantastic, and he gave us some great tips. Also, loved the fact that he offers an annual reminder service.Thank you Warren, we’ll see you in a year!

Absolutely fantastic service from Warren rang him by chance as he his van was outside next door , he came to have a look as he had half an hour till his next jobSorted the problem out for me right away considering he’s so busy and so close to Christmas I was amazed was not expecting that at all , thought we would have no fire for ChristmasWhat a lovely man would highly recommendmade my day.
