I love the baking company!! This shop is fantastic in Leicester, can’t believe how full the shop is and the staff are amazing and super helpfull! I will DEFINITELY be returning to buy more goodies for my Christmas orders!

Ordered 3 waffles for me and my family and the food was absolutely amazing, the presentation was outstanding, delivery was on time and the driver was such a lovely person. Highly recommend. Definitely ordering from here from now on!!.

So I have been trying to chase a refund through this company for 2 months now. I ordered a Fresha topper for a cake and then was told it would be delayed. It never arrived so I asked for a refund. I had to communicate through Instagram which I had some replies and said they were chasing it. It is now June and still no refund. Im really disappointed as I've visited the shop in person and staff were great but online is awful. I wouldn't recommend this company at all and I won't be using them again!

Ordered two items from this company and paid extra for 24 hour delivery, after a few days had passed with no correspondence from them I sent them an email asking for an estimated delivery date as the items I needed were for a particular date and I received no response. I then sent a message on Instagram, where I received a quick response advising that my items had not even been sent out yet due to an error where the dried flowers I had ordered had been sent to them incorrectly. I advised them this was fine, and If I could just be refunded for the topper as I needed to purchase one from elsewhere with the rest of my order sent out for next day, like I had paid for. They asked for my bank details to refund me as they said this would be the quickest way, which I provided. Days had again passed and I had received no refund and no delivery, so I contacted them again. This time I was told that the refund had been issued, and that the parcel had been sent out (3 days later than I was originally told it was going to be posted) so they would refund me for the delivery amount to. I was lied to about the refund for the topper being issued originally as when they also refunded me for the delivery cost it came in at once in the full amount and when I queried this and told them I would prefer honesty, they simply liked my message. I then asked for the tracking details for the remainder of my parcel, and was told this couldn't be provided until first thing the next morning when they were in the office, so I waited, with no message. I then contacted them again asking for my tracking information, which they sent, where I discovered they had also lied about the day the remainder of my order was dispatched. Communication from them was rude and unhelpful and I would avoid using them, really disappointed and upon speaking to other people, they have also told me they have had a very similar experience.

Placed order for tonight for 2 sharer boxes and two individual puddings and 2hrs still no delivery and now closed. Very dissapointing first order. App says delivered ??? Not sure if it's the company or delivery guy at fault but we're left without pudding. Will have to claim refund tomorrow.Just turned up 2.5 hrs late and looks like it was thrown in very dissapointing

I left a bad review last time on just eat as I could not get hold of them waiting for my order for 2½ hours. After finally arriving, the driver was very polite and friendly and apologetic and told us to let them know on the next order and I'll send us a free goodie. This time we ordered, I forgot to mention the goodie and they sent it anyway. Staff were very friendly, food was great and earlier than predicted. Great service this time. 5 stars

Being a professional baker I WISH I HAD KNOWN ABOUT THIS SHOP SOONER! I’m absolutely in love. If I had all the money in the world it would go straight to this shop. It’s my favourite part of my month coming in for new supplies and seeing the beautiful and elegant supplies they have for SUCH A GOOD PRICE. Being a baker I know it costs and arm and leg to get supplies sometimes but the prices and quality is unmatched and I’m yet to find another shop to top it. The service is also out of this world, did you guys know the winner of junior bake off shops here?! Fangirling so hard! Thank you Baking company love ya and so do my clients!! <3
