Saw a bike I was interested in online and as I am based in Dublin I had some questions about VRT and VAT which were answered immediately when I spoke to Paul on the phone. He then send me a walkaround video of the motorbike followed by a visit to the showrooms and things moved on from there ending in me buying the bike. Paul Hughes and his colleagues were professional to the utmost and so easy to deal with at all times and so it's five stars from me.

I was well looked after by Kieran who went the extra mile to make sure the deal I wanted happened. Of course he was well supported by after sales and the bike was delivered when they said it would with all the bits added. What more can you expect.

Thank you so much to the motorbike service department that helped me get back on the road....while travelling in N. Ireland my S1000R mysteriously wouldn't start. They have a wizard technician there that made it his personal challenge to figure it out...and he did (weird white foam in the fuel line, so it wasn't at all a typical problem). Within three hours I was on my way again. The entire team were so very helpful, courteous, friendly and quick in getting it diagnosed and fixed.

Wanted to know more about the new BMW CE 04 and found the guys at Charles Hurst hugely knowledgeable. I'd spoken with 'another manufacturer' - and found that no one seemed to know anything about electric bikes - but the Charles Hurst guys were really friendly and happy to answer any questions.Made me laugh when the chap I was talking to told me that, in the future, we will think of coffee breaks in terms of additional miles in the (electron) tank.If you're after an intelligent conversation about bikes (petrol or electric) - then these are the guys to talk to before you try/buy.

I gave 5 stars because I couldn't give 10 stars, This whole process, from me finding the motorbike on their website, contacting them and dealing with Paul, down to the video he sent me of bike walkaround, down to the professional and friendly service I received from him, nothing was too much trouble, I got a great bike at an even better price, delivered to me today as promised by a great delivery guy also. I cannot speak highly enough of the whole process for me by Paul and this company. For the competitors there may be out there, this is how you do business. I'm delighted and there is every chance I'll be back to them again in the future. We'll done Paul and Charles Hurst BMW Motorrad.
