Ordered some flooring and insulation in store.When I got home I wanted to check a few things so went to the website.Put the same things into my basket and found that it was £500 cheaper on line.And delivery was £20 not £40 as we had been told in store.Shambles.Ordered on line and saved £520!

Closed when they are supposed to be open?! What is Going on?I rode down here from Totnes on to find out about spending thousands of ££££ on new carpets. I went on a Tuesday because it says on the door and online that they are open until 8pm, and they were closed!!Your area manager needs to know that a new customer is livid that because you are under budget for your staffing requirements
