Alison from The Custom Cushion Company was so helpful and easy to work with. She responded quickly to my (many) questions, and was happy to arrange to have a variety of samples sent to us. She made us a really comfortable, stylish, hard-wearing window seat cushion that all of our family and friends compliment us on. Would definitely recommend working with Alison - I'm sure we will again!

We're very happy with our shoe box cushion seats from Alison. We weren't sure on the type of fabric we wanted so Alison helped by offering up some options. Even though we've not quite finished decorating the space, the cushions have immediately made the area extremely comfy and complete. Excellent service given - speedy with great communication. Would definitely recommend.

I ordered a window cushion from Alison. The whole process was very simple. She is easy to contact and quick to respond. She gives advice and options on fabrics to use based on quality and price, you simply choose which ever suits your price bracket. She sent a photograph of the finished item before I paid the final balance which is very much appreciated. The cushion was of great quality and fit perfectly. I would definitely use her again. We are so pleased with our custom bay window seat cushion! It’s a tricky shape and the cushion fits perfectly. Alison was so helpful throughout, dealing with our many questions about fabrics and even arranging for some samples to be sent when I couldn’t get them directly from the company.
