They gave clear and helpful advice, completed the installation quickly and efficiently, and made a follow up visit to ensure everything was working smoothly. I am especially impressed at the hard work from Kirill and Norris in getting the installation completed.

I was recommended Heywood Heating and was so glad that I used them! They were able to fix the problem within 24hours of first contact. They quoted using photos I sent them which was ideal! I was really happy with the service I received from start to finish and would recommend their services to anyone.

I engaged this company for a shower repair, but the process dragged on for around two months with minimal updates. Their communication left much to be desired, necessitating proactive follow-ups on my part. Regrettably, I encountered an overcharge issue, which was met with indifference when I raised it.

EMERGENCY BOILER REPAIR - Heywood Heating Ltd sent knowledgeable, courteous repairmen to our home the same day a gas leak forced CADENT to cut off our gas supply. They identified the problem the previous, cowboy outfit (found on the itnernet) failed to find and got our heat restored in record time. They are fast, friendly and efficient. Boiler repair isn't cheap-- but their work is very good value for money.

This was the first time using Heywood Heating Ltd, as I need a plumber to replace taps in my bathroom sink. From the moment I called their office I had wonderful service. I was given a really good price and a date. I received a text on the day to say what time the guys would arrive. The were very prompt, supper professional and so friendly. They not only fitted my taps, but found a small leak, fixed that and even cleaned a bit of mold I cout not shift. Having used a few services this year I can honestly say, they were outstanding! Plus they cleaned up so well , you would never know they had been! Now thanks to them I have what feels like a new sink. I would not hestitate to highly recomed them to anyone!Sharron from Acton

We've used Heywood Heating over the years for all our plumbing repair needs. Most recently, we discovered a sudden leak on the main supply pipe into the house. This was on a Sunday morning and needing urgent out-of-hours service. First contact at 8:15am brought an immediate response from Heywood and arrival onsite occurred within two hours, with the necessary fix completed within the hour. Extremely happy with the service provided on this and all other occasions.
