excellent food&priced very fair

My husband ordered from here on Saturday we spent nearly 30 pounds on food for 2 adults 2 children. The food order was completely wrong. Also turned up stale and reheated. Both me and my husband spent 30 mins trying to call upon food being received and got ignored. My husband then called the next day to complain and give them the chance to offer some sort of resolve only to be told in so many words to go away. I will not be recommending this place to anybody and if I can help it I will encourage others not to eat or order from here.

Burger was a sloppy mess, chips looked like they were last weeks" 2 desserts wasted as they put a different sauce on them

i ordered at 18:00 on just eat and it hasn't come until 19:45. I rung the restaurant 12 times before they picked up and was met with passive agreesion about my order and told it would be 10 minutes. 20 minutes later i was getting hungry so i rung back and asked if they had definitively brought it because it was getting ridiculous. I expressed my fustrations which was met with absolute rudeness. I was told to p*ss off go away and stop calling" I am absolutely disgusted and outraged. The chips aren't very nice and they taste microwaved and cold. The opinion rings are okay and the burger is very nice i have to admit however my terrible custom service has ruined my meal and my night."

We travelled from runcorn to eat here after a few recommendations from friends/family.Food was excellent, very well priced, came hot and we didn’t wait long at all for our order, around 10 mins. Staff were very pleasant too. Even my partner loved it and they’re really fussy when it comes to burgers and chips! Will be recommending to others, 100%!

Awful food, the burgers were inedible and when asked for a refund on one we were told no. Rude staff with no customer experience skills. Luckily we paid via just eat who helped us get a refund.
