Steven Hale Hearing

Thank you Steve for supplying my wonderful Phonak hearing aids and for the marvellous after care. I have had them over two years now and forget that I am even wearing them.I would recommend you to everyone as the difference they have made to my life is unbelievable. I liken the experience to the very similar one I had when I first had my cataract operations.Thanks again Steve - you are a STAR !

Steve came recommended to me firstly by my Shooting Club and then by a good friend who was already happy with Steve's service and the supplied product.I booked the appointment easily with Steve direct, had the consultation where everything was professional and transparent. I would highly recommend Steven Hale to anyone who like me was frustrated by the performance of NHS hearing aids and did not realise that more effective solutions are available. My Phonak aids have made a material improvement to my working life especially, for which I am very grateful for Steven's diagnosis and ongoing assessment.

I have been going to Steven Hale for sometime and I have had five star service each visit, so I would recommend him to anyone he's very professional.

Back in 2013 I had an operation to remove an Acoustic Neuroma from the left side. As part of the operation I lost the hearing in my left ear. After considering the options available to me (bone anchored hearing aid or cros hearing aids) I decided to go with the cros hearing aid.Steven Hale was recommended to me through friends and I initially made contact to talk through my decision and options available to me. Steven has been very professional in his approach and in a non bias way provided me with the best options that would suit my needs. From the initial meeting to the setting up of the hearing aids and any fine tuning that needed to take place, Steven has been very proactive in making sure that his service fitted my needs.I'm currently 18 months in using my hearing aids and the service which Steven provides has helped me with the transition with loosing the hearing in my left ear. I am very happy with Steven and will continue to use his service in the coming years. I would happily recommend Steven Hale to any person who needed his services.

After developing tinnitus 10 months ago, I was told by my GP that nothing could be done and I would have to live with it.I was not prepared to live with it and made an appointment to see Steven Hale at Little Aston Hospital. On the initial appointment he carried out a hearing test and found that I had lost a little hearing. Steven also explained in detail what tinnitus was, which in itself made me feel a lot better. He fitted me with two tiny hearing aids which immediately subdued the tinnitus and after two weeks he added the tinnitus balance and the noise ceased altogether.After months of tinnitus seriously impacting upon my quality of life, I’m now back to normal and enjoying life again. I would recommend Steven to anyone who has been told that there is no treatment for tinnitus, there certainly is treatment and Steven is just the person to help. He is kind, sympathetic, extremely professional and gives his patients all the time they need. Thank you Steven, you have made such a difference to my life.
