Des and Emma trained at top London salons and it really shows. Been coming here for past 4 years and the quality of the cut and colour is outstanding. So glad I don’t have to waste time travelling to central London. Excellent customer service too. Highly recommend!

A lovely, local hairdressers with a very relaxed atmosphere. Emma and Des are friendly, professional and skilled hairdressers. They always take the time to discuss your hair needs and make suggestions. I have already recommended their salon to friends and would recommend to anyone looking for a good haircut and a welcoming salon.

Emma is FABULOUS. Lovely, lovely lady. Full of chat, but ultimately, VERY good at her job. Always get bundles of compliments about my hair after I've been to her. Would highly recommend.

Best haircut I’ve had in London. Des was fantastic, offered advice after asking what I did with my hair on a daily basis and what my issues were. Des’ advice on my hair was radically different to what previous hairdressers had said and it’s fixed all my issues with my hair. He is experienced and knowledgeable. Blown away by this quality local salon, will be rebooking for every cut.

Great colour cut and blow dry by Emma..And got a pedicure manicure and eyebrows done too by Tren. Good local salon which gives honest advice and does not charge high prices. Very happy customer here.

Absolutely terrible! Went here to get my hair blowdried and curled for my birthday and look at the state of my hair when I got home! He used no serum or decent products on my hair.. just hairspray whilst voicing his opinion on controversial topics such as R Kelly. Didn’t even have curlers to curl my hair. Used straighteners and claimed it to be ‘ghd curls’. Absolutely atrocious! Would never recommend this salon to anybody. Worst place I’ve ever been to to get my hair done. The picture speaks for itself. And no, my hair did not get wet in the rain.

I have been going to PHD for over a year now and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Des the owner has a wealth and a world of knowledge and I always feel welcomed and leave happy, whether I have a cut, colour or both! Highly recommend. They also have a nail bar too which is great for convenience!
