Biddulph Hearing Centre
We attended the Biddulph Hearing Centre today and was made to feel very welcome by Harry Orford. He was super friendly and kind to my 86 yr old mum who was expecting a lot of ear wax removal. Harry explained the whole procedure and we would definitely recommend him to anyone . Very professional and obviously has a passion for his job. 10/10?

Biddulph Hearing Centre
Visited Biddulph hearing centre today after suffering partial deafness and pressure in one ear for past 3 weeks. Martin (I think that was his name as I couldn't hear properly on arrival) was very professional and friendly. I had wax removed and also a piece of ear plug had lodged in my ear which was painlessly removed. So happy to hear again and extremely happy with the service. Definitely would recommend .

Biddulph Hearing Centre
Visited Bidduph Hearing Centre today for micro suction wear wax removal. Can't remember the guys name (sorry) but he was very friendly and and made me feel at ease before the procedure. Can't believe how much clearer my hearing is now! Only took about 10 mins. I will defiantly be going back again. Can't recommend enough. Thanks.

Biddulph Hearing Centre
My husband had been struggling with his hearing and his balance. We went to Biddulph Hearing Centre and had microsuction to remove the wax in his ears, since then his hearing has improved and his balance has improved too. Brad, the hearing care assistant, explained what he was going to do and was very gentle while doing the procedure. Would highly recommend this centre for any hearing problems you may have.

I have had to use my wife's account to post this review. I visited the hearing center on Wednesday 24th May, after waking up at 12:30 unable to hear at all and worrying about what could have happened. I had tried olive oil etc but not had great results. After visiting the center at 3pm and around a 30 minute treatment that was not invasive and no pain at all. I could finally hear again! This is the best £60.00 I have ever spent. Its not worth putting up with hearing problems. I had even started to get slightly withdrawn from socializing. I would urge anyone who needs wax removing to use Biddulph Hearing Center they have changed my life. Thank you. Fred Fearn

Biddulph Hearing Centre
I visited the clinic today with my husband, Malcolm, who had been suffering with ear wax for three weeks. Lisa was absolutely delightful, friendly and professional. Could not have wished to meet a nicer person. Malcolm now has full hearing and smiling once again. I would recommend this clinic without a second thought. Thank you Lisa.

Biddulph Hearing Centre
Visited today with a blocked ear, the practice itself is very professional inside with state of the art equipment. Lauren was absolutely brilliant from start to finish, very thorough and professional, explained the whole process clearly, quickly and efficiently unblocked the ear and advised on some follow up I'd need. I was also shown everything on screen as it happened which was excellent and really helpful for explaining the problem. Absolutely fantastic service, would highly recommend.

I booked an appointment which was so easy and handled very efficiently by the receptionist.I was treated by Lisa who was very professional, friendly and informative about the treatment she would do to clear my ears.I would certainly recommend this hearing centre and will return if ever I need my ears unblocking again.
