Phoned up for measurements and told them what I want came out in a couple of days and then fitting was done quick. Customer service was outstanding and the fitter was happy friendly and professional. Will recommend the carpet rack

From order to delivery and fitting Carpet Rack were great . Great customer service., helpful polite and cheerful . Always on the end of the phone . Fitted in with having a stairlift removed . The fitter was super efficient , a joy . Thankyou for a great service . Carpet is beautiful .

Recently fitted 2 stairs carpets for a residential home.Fantastic friendly service and great value for money.The store staff were very helpful while organising and the fitter James was a lovely man who not only did a great job but also interacted great with the people we support.Would definitely recommendNeil Lewis, Achieve together
