I think it's one of the best KFCs that i have tried. Order furnished very quickly and food is fresh, tasty and hot. Maybe it's because they are busy so they have fresh food all the time. But it is also commendable how they manage their peak hours. Drive through is a big Plus. Rather even bigger reason for 5* rating is that it is FULLY HALAL. my kids love it too. Off and on they have great deals too.

Absolutely diabolical service and staff. Ordered food, staff assured all is in the bag and off we went only to realise when we got home sauces were missing and part food order too. Went back waited for further 20 mins before we were served only to be charged again for the sauces and hostile attitude of staff. Totally understand mixups can happen which can easily be sorted or at least an apology but no, not at this KFC store. If I didn’t like the brand would never visit this venue again. Warning to future customers, please check your food before you leave.

I wish there was negative 5 stars option available. I only do drive through and go there because they serve Halal chicken. 80 percent of the time they prepare wrong order or miss items in the order (even after confirming that the order is complete). I often have to go back to get missing items which is quite annoying to say the least. Just placed a drive through order this afternoon, 3 items in the order were missing and there was ketchup on the burgers (even though we customised the order to say no ketchup). Won't go to this place if there is another Halal KFC around.

Why they don't give sauce or dip and napkin with prepaid orders. Every time we have to ask specially, otherwise they juat give the meal without sauce and after reaching home, we see this. This is ridiculous. 1 star for this service.

We went to buy the wings deal, the food was hot and fresh. But the tables were not clean. Not even a single table we checked was clean.
