The service was exemplary. I phoned one day and within 24 hours the wasps nest had been exterminated. Emily is polite, efficient, and explained what she was doing. She arrived exactly on time too. Emily was completely fab! We thought we had a rat that needed getting rid of but Emily disagreed and predicted it was a weasel. She put a motion camera in the loft and was absolutely spot on. Cute little weasel! We’re happy to leave it be as they’re rodent catchers and not destructive to the house. Thanks Emily for your multiple visits. Will 100% recommend you to anyone.

She arrived on time, was very friendly and respectful of our home, she is very knowledgeable and explained what her course of action would be to sort out our rodent problem.
