Worst experience i've ever had at a takeaway. Bought 2 wrap meals. The chips and wraps were very cold. Asked the owner to replace the food. She not only refused to give us warm food but I received attitude and was told it wasn't her fault or her problem. According to her, the food was waiting on the side to be served to us and the fact that it went cold was not her fault. Seriously?!She couldn't serve the 1st wrap meal to my wife before the 2nd wrap meal was ready for some weird reason. Therefore, the food being cold was not her fault or her problem. Things got worse when we found out the falafel wrap and chicken wrap were tasteless. We left without finishing our food. Please don't visit this mediocre place. Lots of drunks were walking into the shop. No surprise as they're the only ones who must think their food is edible. Disgusting!

Absolutely disgraceful,I was charged £10 for this abominationIt was supposed to be chicken fried rice but were served as if it was cooked in a washing machine.To add insult to injury the store refused to exchange or refund my order.I say never again!!!

Absolutely disgusting food along with disgusting service I ordered on Deliveroo and the food took over 1 hour and when it arrived it was freezing not to mention disgusting the burger was rock solid, dry and horrible I called the restaurant and the man said it’s not his problem disgusting service along with disgusting food wouldn’t even feed it to my dog

Ordered my regular, strips rice and curly fries, I asked to make it a large and I’ll pay extra they charged me £15 for it and gave me a standard portion. Didn’t answer phone either. It’s annoying because their food is decent (no one else in the area offers same style of food) but this new management are a complete joke!

Never answer the phone these daysHave 2 women serving whos first language isn't English and have no idea about customer serviceThe food is so inconsistent and deffo not worth it anymoreAlso got my number blocked because I expressed the food wasn't the same.
