Hey Baby Perinatal Support

Sam was the first person I told I was pregnant apart from my partner. I was anxious about being a first time parent and overwhelmed, so I found her on Instagram and booked a free support call and she was so helpful, reassuring and lovely.Fast forward 6 months and I’ve got just over a month and a half until my due date. I’ve now been to 3 of Sam’s pregnancy events, a couple of the weekly baby/parents meet-up, and my partner and I just finished her antenatal class.To anyone thinking about booking any of her offers, I’d say do it! A lot of them are low cost and the antenatal course is 100% worth the investment.She’s very friendly, genuinely invested in you, funny, and an engaging facilitator. She provides helpful follow up resources including videos, podcasts, reading and a workbook (which I found so useful I brought it on holiday - see the pic!). I loved meeting the other parents to be, and learned a lot along the way. Sam also set us up a WhatsApp group and we are all going to keep in touch, which is a bonus.She’s also always there if you ever have any questions or need support. She’s been and continues to be an absolutely invaluable person to have on mine and my partner’s journey towards becoming first time parents… Thank you Sam!!!

Taking part in the Hey Baby Perinatal course has been such an excellent start to our parenting journey! Both myself and my husband feel that the education, support and social elements of the course have been invaluable with regards to helping us feel prepped to take on this new journey. Sam is such an engaging, kind and knowledgeable person who makes you feel empowered to have the birth experience that is right for you. Not only did we learn about how to care for new babies but much of the education was also family (and specifically birthing parent) orientated which has given us confidence to be able to put our needs first in this exciting time that lies ahead. It has been such a special time attending the sessions and I'm actually a bit jealous of anyone who gets to experience the course for the first time!

Sam is brilliant - we attended her Canterbury course in July/august and so glad we did! We had attended an online one with another company and you can’t even compare them. Sam’s knowledge and passion really shines through - everything is in detail and she educates in a way that is natural, not stuffy and you can ask any questions. Sam also has really good recommendations and connections with the local area that makes you feel scooped up and super looked after. Plus the bonus of meeting other couples going through the same thing! If you are on fence about the course - it’s super worth it - go for it! Thanks Sam xx

Highly recommend for parents to be!Sam is a fantastic instructor, explaining the birth and what happens next in an easy to understand and honest way. I feel a lot more informed and empowered about the next stages. My husband also loved the classes as Sam discusses the partners role in detail and their importance in the process. Youre given loads of helpful resources and links and the help doesn't stop when the classes end. Definitely one of the best investments we've done to prepare for our baby!

Sam’s course has really helped us feel much more prepared for our first baby. We have learnt so much about birth and after baby is born and the whole process now seems a lot less scary. It was also lovely to meet some other expectant parents in the area

Sam’s an awesome coach and we absolutely loved her class. We were pretty clueless before and came out feeling empowered and totally prepared for what we were going into when it came to the birth and first few weeks of our baby’s life. The fear was gone. What I like most about Sam is that she’s down to earth, funny and honest. I find a lot of this stuff overly sentimental, fluffy and woo-woo. Sam’s grounded, super relatable and there as your ready-to-go cool new mum mate.

We've had such an amazing experience with Sam. From the first session she made both of us feel confident, empowered and excited. She continues to be so helpful, answering my long convoluted questions right away. It's such a comfort to know that we have her to talk to.
