You can expect a big warehouse with expensive displays and zero staff to serve you! There were 3 of them as we walked in and within 2 mins of arriving they'd all disappeared to get a delivery in. After 20 mins of waiting we and another customer in their showroom left with our pockets still full of a wad of cash! On the other hand at Tile Giant on commercial road, Dan S" gave me the best service I've ever had. (No exaggeration.. literally couldn't fault the guy he was amazing). Have now bought my tiles from Tile Giant and can't wait to see them fitted :)"

Not happy at all. Went to store to choose tiles very good. On ordering tiles i was told no payment will be needed for anything and had a date agreed to collect. My husband took time off work to collect and not in.!!! Very disappointing service indeed. A week later we got them with no apology when collecting from store. Wont be using this company in the future

Great variety of tiles and adhesives to pick from. No ‘own brands’ so the quality is always good with orders and usually a very fast turnaround. Good thing is, they always call as soon as order arrives so no sitting about wondering or needing to pester them.

If it is anything to do with tiling your after then just come pay these guys a visit they are excellent! They really know how to run a good reliable business that knows it’s stuff! Absolutely 10/10

Excellent range of tiles and prices reasonable, but customer service non-existent. Always have to wait around for staff, often in the back office.
