We had an amazing time kayaking round the coast from Port Gaverne, past Port Isaac to a secluded little beach at Varley Head. Glen our guide was brilliant and we had a day we’ll remember forever.

My second guided swim with Jon, this time bringing friends along to experience the amazing swimming available with Cornish Rock Tors. Jon tailored the trip so the novice sea swimmer kept with-in their limits but still managed to find us some stunning sea caves to visit and a chance to swim along a magnificant coastline. We'll be back again next year for another trip! Fabulous.

We rented kayaks and had a wonderful morning. The equipment was faultless and the staff were friendly and attentive. We got some great advice on where we should head to and what to check out and they seemed genuinely interested in our experience when we returned. Highly recommend this activity - some great little caves, a lagoon and a few places to clamber up and jump off and swim.

We had a fabulous morning paddle boarding at the quarry (it was too rough to paddle at sea). The quarry was peaceful, very 'Swallows and Amazons' and perfect for our mixed ability group. We are a group of women ranging in age from 50s to 70s. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves including two who had never been on a paddle board before. The instruction was super and Sasha had us doing things I didn't think possible, including a little bit of SUP yoga. Great fun, lots of laughs. Thanks to Sasha and Hugo. Highly recommended!

Had an amazing half day sea kayaking (closed cockpit) Guide was amazing, some interesting historical stories & amazing knowledge of sea birds enjoyed. We kayaked in the direction Tintagel & as we got back quicker than expected had a quick paddle to Port Isaac too. Equipment also excellent. Would recommend to anyone.

I had 1-2-1 open water swim coaching with Jon and he was brilliant. I was feeling anxious beforehand about swimming in open water but I feel so much more confident now. Jon has given me some great tips to use to calm myself both before entering the water and during a swim if I feel anxious, or swallow water or feel a little panicked. The video footage really helped as well to show my technique and things to work on in the pool to improve my stroke. A beautiful swim on a beautiful sunny day. Highly recommend Jon to anyone who needs help building confidence in open water or to improve technique.

Just had a great kayaking trip with Cornish Rock Tors. Went with daughter and son ages 13 and 11 and we all had a brilliant time. Our guide, Glen, was really lovely giving everyone enough guidance and safety bits at the start and then led us on a beautiful trip around the coast. He was clearly very knowledgeable and passionate about the coast. The experience is really great - seeing the sea and cliffs from a different perspective. Can’t recommend highly enough.

At 58 I was concerned I wouldn't be able to do the challenge. However, the 3 lovely staff were very supportive, helpful and entertaining. The wet suits and booties kept us warm and comfortable.The experience of going into caves crawling through boulders and jumping off four levels of rocks were amazing. My 16 year old daughter did all the jumps I only did one; which wasn't a problem you only do what you feel able. Highly recommended. And quite family team building and confidence boosting.Couldn't take photos as I didn't have a waterproof camera.

We had a fantastic sea kayak trip and our guide Hugo was superb - plenty of local knowledge and took us to some amazing spots along the coastline. Would absolutely recommend using Rock Tors - all the staff are really friendly and the equipment we used was excellent too!
