They were an hour later than planned, but rang in good time to let me know and explain the reasons. The three extinguishers from our boat were replaced as being very out of date, even though the pressure gauge showed green, but the reason for this was clearly explained and I was left in no doubt that this was the best solution. All in all, very professional, personable and efficient and they come to you!
