Exceptional, Zoe is a very knowledgeable teacher and a truly lovely human being. Classes are in a warm, safe, caring environment - many classes to choose from -to suit all abilities. Just can't say how much this has changed my health and well being. Go along and see for yourself

Zoe has been teaching me yoga for just under 4 years and I still learn to improve my technique every session. Brilliant instructor & ensures her classes cater to all levels.

Blooming Bamboo Yoga
I wasn't sure where to start with Yoga so booked the Beginners Yoga Experience with Zoe. I can highly recommend it if like me you'd like to start doing Yoga but are unsure which class to choose. The 4 week course introduced different types of Yoga from gentle to dynamic and I now know what style I'd like to go for. Zoe is a great teacher and really knows her stuff. The studio at Seaham is beautiful and has a lovely calm feeling. I'm looking forward to continuing my Yoga practice with the introductory offer of unlimited classes for a month for just £18!! It's fantastic value and there is so much on offer between the Seaham and Sunderland studios.
