I don’t know how desperate this company is but they will not stop ringing me. I keep blocking their number yet they always try again off a new mobile number.Salesperson used every single old school tactic to try pressuring us into purchasing on the day with the old ‘it won’t be that price tomorrow’.Honestly arranging an appointment with these cowboys is the worst thing you could agree to.

Mark and guys where very professional and friendly. Lovely guys. Cleaned up after the job and explained how to use the product. It’s lot warmer in my house. Thanks

Just had 10 windows and 2 doors fitted by secured homes after being recommended by a family member. Excellent communication from beginning to end, as I was kept Upto date in each stage from pricing to measuring to fitting. Would like to mention Mark and Steve the fitters who were excellent and didn’t even stop for a drink. Would defo recommend to anyone.

Upon calling the company, they were very swift in arriving and provided me with a catalogue of doors to choose from. Measurements were taken and I was consulted throughout the process from ordering to fitting. Customer service was efficient and professional.The fitters did a fantastic job, ensuring everything was fitted neatly and the area left tidy.I would definitely recommend this company and not hesitate to use them again.

I’ve had the same guy turn up at my door multiple times at both my properties over the last 2.5 years carrying out the same sales pitch.This time, I watched him park up on my street and start his door to door tactic from there. He then turned up on my door with the same “we’re working on your street next week, and handing out quotes but I’ve noticed your windows are at least more than 10 years old I’m guessing”.It’s a bit harder to fall for when you’ve seen the same guy at least 3 times.From past experience, when you do entertain the idea of a quote, you have to block numbers several times until they leave you alone.If I want my windows doing, I’ll look into getting my windows done
