West End Tyres

I have used this garage a few times now. I’ve had wheel alignment done here as well as a tyre puncture repair, my ABS replaced and my car’s full service and MOT done. The staff are really helpful, the work is always carried out quickly and the pricing is extremely fair. I’m happy I found this place and wouldn’t ever need to visit anywhere else.

Advertised through Tyre leader as £12.50. After fitting they charged £25.00 for one tyre that took 10 mins. They said it was because it was a run flat. Suggest you avoid. Trading Standards for me though.

One of the must rubbish, dodgy and crrapt repair centre I’ve ever seen in Glasgow.I took my car to repair they charged in fully but not fixed properly after that I took more 4times but unfortunately no response no respect. Thay always put me off and ignoring.

Would not take my wee car anywhere else. Totally trustworthy, lovely people and you get some crackin banter there aswell :)

Terrible. Phoned first thing told to come straight down to get tyre replaced. Garage was in mayhem, staff disinterested and then told they couldnt change tyre. Hopeless.... used another local garage gave excellent customer service.

I put my van into this place for a couple of maintenance jobs, one of which was the timing belt and water pump. After 2.5 weeks I eventually got it back for one night ( after they had switched off engine warning light which was on when I went to pick it up) as it had to go back in order for them to fit a speedo sensor ( which they forgot to do when it was in there for 2.5 weeks) . On the return journey back over to garage/ tyre fitting place , my vehicle began spewing black smoke which they said they would look into. After fixing the speedo sensor they discovered the van would not start, which had never been a problem all the time I’d owned the vehicle. For the next 4 weeks I was fobbed off with excuse after excuse about why the van wouldn’t start , claiming different issues had arisen rather than disclose the true reason. Eventually after a total of 6.5 weeks I got van back blowing white smoke which gradually got worse. Took it to another garage who said it had suffered catastrophic internal engine failure.Please Please stay away from this place if you value your vehicle, your time and your money. I shall have to scrap my wee van this week , which I had turned into a wee camper , and buy something new ( more expense) Like I said this place does not have the staff to produce the service their website claims to provide . Stay away from the place for your own sanity.

Great family run local garage that covers, mot testing while you wait, new and used tyres and all mechanical work. Friendly and helpful staff and all at very competitive prices. Can't recommend highly enough.
