SHOCKING ATTITUDE, after calling first was directed to attend the office with the appropriate police ID and supporting email, was also advised I could collect my wife's bag as long as I had her consent. The staff in the office had a completely contradictory set of requirements, insisted my wife collected with her ID despite nothing in the bag containing her ID, complete nonsense, made it up as they went along, guys attitude was disgraceful on both visits, needs to try non pulic interface role, maybe the morgue!.

It's pretty bad that you have to have money in your phone to call 101 to be redirected to the lost and found department especially when these days everyone or 99 % of people have bundles of calls data and text but these bundles are not usable if trying to call 101 the police, something has to change
