My partner was collecting a vehicle on a trailer today, he had travelled to Bedford from Southampton when he noticed the trailer had a puncture, he googled places to go and Kwik fit was the closest, he asked kindly if someone was able to replace the punctured wheel with the spare on the trailer as he had no tools himself to do it, he was told he could be booked in at 3pm the following day that was no good as he needed to travel back today so the next closest place was HiQ, when he arrived he was greeted by a friendly man believed to be the manager, he explained the situation and the friendly man quickly responded with bring it over we will fit you in right now. So just wanted to personally thank the friendly man and the young man that replaced the wheel and enabled my partner to carry on his journey back to Southampton.

Highly recommend HiQ. I called in as had a tyre pressure light appear on my dashboard indicating a possible serious problem. I was dealt with quickly and efficiently , problem solved

I've used hi q for years even before Stuart retired, and they are very helpful .Colin and Martin will always do the job at a very very competitive rate and to a very high standard whether it be mechanical or tyre fitting.I've never had any problems with their service at all, so I would recommend them.I've encouraged close family to use them aswell, and they are as happy as me with their service.

Trurly terrible staff. I arrived with appointment with winter tyres as I warned them I will need them for going to Nordic country the next day. Upon arriving they refused to fit them as they said the car will be too low and won't be to get out down from their escalator. What tyre place can't change wheels without some escalator!? All day I was looking a place that will take me urgently without appointment, thankfully I managed to find a different place which had no problem fitting the tyres and car was got down from escalator just fine. Trurly terrible place, I ordered tyres through mytyres to their place and when they refused to fit them on my car, they also refused to send them back and my car did not have any extra space for collecting the tyres. How useless can a tyre changing place be.

(Left on trust pilot as well) Martin at the Bedford branch, was really lovely. As a woman its hard to find someone trustworthy that doesn't rip you off. Martin explained everything to me clearly what needed to be done and showed me the parts that were worn after. You feel as though Martin really cares for you as a person and is really understanding and comes up with the best solution for you. For example we tried to fix an oil leak by replacing the rubber seal first before replacing the whole sensor as it was more expensive. I only went in for tyres but booked my MOT there too. Very trustworthy and reliable place, that always has time for you and gives you recommendations based on what they find. They never do any work to your car without your consent either and always quote the price before doing anything- so no nasty surprises

Arrive for 2 new front tyres and they tried to charge me £187 per tyre on my fiesta. When I tried to leave they said I wasn't allowed to and would have to leave my car at the garage, then continued to be demeaning and rude. Ofcourse I drove off and went to a new tyre fitter who charged me £170 for both tyres and reweighting. Really do not recommend they overcharge and are very rude!

Fantastic service.Our Motorhome picked up a screw in a tyre the morning we were going away. Colin and his colleague fitted us straight in, despite being busy, repaired the puncture and sent us on our way on holiday really quickly.Really friendly and helpful, will definitely be using them in future.

Sitting in the waiting room next to a warm radiator. In a clean environmental. The smell of fresh paint. Colin who is front of house and appears to be running the show, has the most infectious personality I’ve had the pleasure to experience. From my first call to arriving I have thoroughly enjoyed it! Positive Personalities win every time for me!
