Original Style Tile Showroom - Durham

Visited the showroom in Durham a few weeks ago on the recommendation of our tiler. Staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable without being pushy. The showroom was clean, tidy and well laid out with a selection of tiles like nothing I have ever seen before, amazing. We purchased some floor tiles which were delivered in a few days, they have now been laid and look fabulous, our tiler did a first class job. We had over estimated so returned a pack of tiles today, refund was no problem and the staff loved the photos of my finished floor. Have already begun recommending to friends and family. If you want something special at a good price it’s well worth a visit. I’m sure we will return.

Very good lay out and the prices were spot on, the guy who was behind the counter was super helpful and friendly too. I'm chuffed with the tiles I chose as well because I wanted black but was then concerned it would be too dark but these are lovely with enough of the lighter colour in them.

We were served by Matt, who was friendly, polite, and knowledgeable about the product we needed. The product itself was set at a great price (also considering we were quoted MUCH higher with other companies), which came as a huge relief! Will definitely be back again.

We have just visited original style show room in dragonville Durham and have to say what a lovely place to go to for something unique. We were met by a lovely lady called Naomi who was very knowledgeable on the tiles we’ve chosen to go for after the new year. There was no feeling of pushing to get a sale just some fantastic sound advice. We live in peterlee so original style is only 15 minutes away from us but as I say we are looking forward to starting our bathroom and en suite in the spring

New tile showroom.based you n gilesgate near Mac D. Really impressed with the huge selection of tiles which most are very unique to them and very different to typical tile companies. The guy who help me was very accomodating. Five stars if prices where on all the rules. But generally very impressed.will probably go back and get something

Really beautiful showroom, full of great displays and sample tiles, we would highly recommend a visit. We had help from a lady who was friendly, professional and didn't push for a sale. We over purchased, to make sure we had extra, but we were able to return a box for a full refund with no issues. Our first project looks fab, thanks to ours tiler too... we will be back to purchase more.

Absolutely fantastic tile showroom. Bright, open and nice big displays which really helps you to visualise what they can look like. I'd say there's something for everyone, but if you want something different, then this is definitely where you need to come.Easily the best tile showroom in the Northeast.

My fiancee and I were assisted by Matt when we visited this branch. He was very helpful, knowledgeable and also allowed us space to discuss our tile options. He was the perfect mix of helpful while not being over baring like in other shops. The store was neat and tidy and well laid out with a superb selection on offer. We made a purchase during this visit and will likely visit again. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a professional service.

Great service!!! Awesome choice of tiles. The guys working in the showroom were very helpful. Would recommend to anyone wanting to update their bathroom or kitchen tiling! Would definitely use again!!
