Food ordered and delivered to table within the time it took me to get a drink. Food came and 4 of the tenders were very obvs old having been cooked a long time ago. Other 3 were fresh looking. The diff was highly noticeable. I requested they changed them with a member of staff . Within seconds my meal was back at the table. originally looking good,however it was then noticed the the old burnt tenders have literally been put to the bottom of the basket with the fresher 3 placed on top. the chicken had not been changed at all and simply rearranged in the basket. the garlic toast was rock solid like having been under heat lamps for the last 2 days! utterly disgracefully. meal left untouched. what's the point of complaining again staff obvs didn't take any notice the first time round

The food was great. Better than McD. It's Halal. Just be aware not to order sauce which has wine vinegar. The Korean sauce was nice.

Ordered the BBQ honey chicken burger meal and hands down this is one of the best burgers I’ve had in a long time! The chicken was juicy, the bun was brioche meaning it was soft and fluffy. I had their original slim sauce as a side which was also a 5/5 along with their yummy fries that are skin on and crispy. Will be coming back here for sure!

First time coming to this establishment with family. Its a restaurant that has moved over from the USA, I love the feel of the warm and chilled atmosphere from the decor to the music. Table service or you can collect yourself.Food was right sized portion and was delicious and was loving it with every bite, the chicken was moist and tender. They do offer refillable drinks if that appeals to anyone.One of the sauces which my wife selected were a bit bizarre like gravey mayo, a very odd taste bit I wouldn't have it again. My main bad point was the music was up too loud as we couldn't have a conversation. If you haven't been I would give it a try but can be pricey but we paided £30 for 4 of us.Staff are friendly, polite, accommodating & helpful.

Expensive. It says 10 piece wings Meal for 13.95, but they still charge u extra for the fries and drink. It's not included in the meal amount. The food was ok but the milk shake was very nice.

Slim Chicken has a very distinctive taste, it's not my Go-To option, but it's a good second option when you don't have KFC or GBK around ...Service was slow, staff was busy talking with kitchen staff while waiting queue for order kept increasing, food came out relatively quick, taste was as expected.

I came into the store yesterday for something to eat. It was our first time. I was served by holly. She was very helpful. She lets us know that milkshakes would be brought to the table and as for the fizzy drinks we help our selves: there’s a huge range of sauces (we were torn with our decision lol) holly let us know which were most popular and we made our decision by that. As for the flavour of sauces we tried they were amazing. Chicken was fresh and juicy. Chips were perfectly seasoned . The store was tidy considering it was busy. Atmosphere was great. Other staff was all smiling. Will definitely be coming back. Not a bad word to say. Thank you slims at cribs !!!!

Nice food that I very quickly regretted. Strange service and a bit pricey.I've done a few reviews of things in a row now and it seems I am just moaning about price. It just seems a lot of these new chains are opening with prices set at what are now the going rate" which to me seems a lot. Particularly as the competition which is still around especially on the fried chicken front
