To place an order should be simple but I nearly ended up with 12 of one item, the man next to me struggled as well, received my order but had to go back to the girl who served me because she forgot my drink, then went back again because I was not given cutlery to eat the beans, also was not given a serviette, not much filling inside the wrap but was tasty

the food was actually quite nice and the food was served really fast, quite filling and very flavourful and was quite enjoyable to eat with some mates. the atmosphere was ok but the shop was quite empty however the food was served quite quickly

SlowTaco is my favourite fast food chain and with there not being many around I try to go out my way to pop in if see one. Crayford is by far the slowest/longest wait I've had on both visits.

Food isn't bad. But the building is covered in pigeons and pigeon poo. Outside is a health hazard. The windows and pavement are absolutely vile.Please put spikes on your signage yo stop this!

It's not fast food, waited over 40mins. Didn't get order! They still ended up not giving us all our order. Orders kept going out to deliveries even though there was a massive queue inside. No indication they were running late, or sorry for your wait". Food was quite tasty but felt the burritos and wraps could be a lot fuller."

Found 3 hairs in the 2 box meals that was ordered. Spoke with staff all they could offer was to recook my food. Not acceptable. Avoid at all times.

I like the quesedilla, but the sauce would be better on the side, less messy that way. The pots of sauce were tiny!!(£1.50 of deliveroo!) And there was such a small amount in them from what you pay. Everything was cold (more the fault of the delivery driver but still) the food is ok. It's heavily marked up on deliveroo so if you want to have a try, definitely go into the store
