Halo Hearing Solutions (Berkhamsted)

I’ve been meaning to write a review about this excellent company who have looked after my hearing health for 2 years now and I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else . Im like a lot of people who didn’t want to accept they can’t hear as well a they use to and was reluctant to seek help . However I got to the stage in many environments where I was asking people to repeat themselves, the television volume was up louder than it should be and family members asking me to get hearing test . I’m so pleased I did and even happier to have chosen Halo . My hearing was tested and boy did I needed help. Ray went through the options.. At first I was vain enough to think I only wanted completely in the ear hearing aids so no one would see them but eventually settled for hearing aids which are small enough not to be noticeable behind the ear. The best thing is I now I can hear everything and my day to day life has improved so much and I have an annual check up to make sure everything is ok .

My son was having problems with his ears. Ray and his team quickly arranged for my son to be seen, took time to patiently explain the problem and possible treatments, and ultimately addressed the issue. The care and attention Halo demonstrated throughout was exceptional, even to the point of making follow up calls to check how my son was. I couldn't be more impressed by the care Halo provided and I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Having lost the hearing in my right ear back in 2006 following an operation to remove a tumour, I was resigned to the fact that I couldn’t get a hearing aid as you can’t aid what is not there. How wrong I was! I recently discovered that there is an amazing Crossover Hearing aid, you have receiver in your deaf ear, which transmits the sound to your hearing ear!I found Halo Hearing Solutions in Berkhamsted, and was seen by Ray, who is so patient and helpful, explaining everything that was happening and why. I hadn’t realised that the loss of High frequency sounds in my good ear was impacting my hearing.I was fitted with Audibel intrigue Crossover aids. They are life changing, for me and my family and friends. The tv can be turned down, I don’t have to ask people to repeat themselves, I can hear sounds I haven’t noticed since 2006, They see you every few weeks to start with and fine tune the aids if necessary, they set up the app on your phone so that you control the aids, depending on the environment you are in. I could go on, but I think you can tell, I’m extremely happy with the excellent product and superb customer service from Ray and his team. Thank you Halo.

I took my Dad to have his ears cleaned here and I must say that we were both very happy with the service that we received. Warren was very friendly, patient and a real professional. My Dad did feel better after having his ears cleaned and Warren gave him some very good advice about caring for his ears. We never felt rushed and will definitely go back again.

Friendly, thorough and professional service. Great technology, this enables you to see your inner ear on a large screen as they are investigating your issues. I was really surprised that the hearing test was free of charge and there was no pressure to purchase anything. I also liked that every test was explained throughout the appointment. It is obvious that this team is dedicated to helping others hear and are making a difference.
