Went there today with my two kids and being heavily pregnant. Got lots of attitude from the female staff member at reception who was of no help. She kept mumbling staring at me and had a foul look on her face. The male staff member tried to help but to no luck. Their systems were down and the most useless machines where everytime I connected the phone or went through their app system just said Kiosk not available. Ridiculous service given that it is a PRINT EXPRESS ! NOTHING express about it. All I needed was to print two small family photos for the children's school and they were not able to provide that service. When I asked for an email, they said it would be costlier to send two photos via email and I won't get it soon. Very annoying. Hope you improve your service better!

Tried to charge me €40 to resize and print one thing and told me it would take a week to do? Overpriced and dishonest, seems just a bit unprofessional. Girl at the desk was a bit rude, mumbling to herself when I accidentally dropped something of mine, and instantly passed me onto a manager when I questioned why printing one sheet of paper would cost €40. If I had access to a printer it would take a few minutes and a few cents worth of ink. Decided to go somewhere else who'd charge less than €3 for the same thing.

Had to get something printed on very short notice for a gift. The staff made a concerted effort to make sure the job was done in a timely manner on the same day. Great service and a professional job.

Horrible service. Grumpy personnel. Don't deal especially with an old guy who is approx 50-60 yo. 25 Euro for 4 pages of lamination and so much time wasted for waiting. Highly not recommended.

Staff were courteous and prompt in dealing with my A3 print out. A great selection of frames available also. Very reasonably priced. I’ll definitely be using print express again!

Recently had a poster printed here, amazing quality (and value) - even the framer asked where I had it done as he was so impressed. Thanks Leanne, will definitely be coming back here for my printing needs.

For these guys it's more important to push mask agenda than keeping their regular customers served. I couldn't say anything bad about this place before but after being refused service because of mask, I'll think twice before going back.
