Just had an issue an issue with my heating system leaving my home freezing just as the snow arrives. Called Omnia this morning and had an engineer at my home within a couple of hours. James was excellent and quickly established the pump had failed, he went straight to get a replacement and had it fitted in no time. Very happy (and now warm) customer.

Absolutely unacceptable. All started very well with the business with the MD coming out to visit after we had a previous poor UFH install which left us without hot water controls and left us with a half-working system. The MD found the faults and sent a report along with a quote to fix. All seemed super professional and thats why we chose to use this business although more expensive than other quotes. He promised to rewire the whole hot water system along with other bits. On the day of works being completed, someone else turned up who didn't seem to know exactly what needed to be done, he stayed just over 2 hours and although he did fit new hot water controls that I had bought & supplied, he didn't seem sure they would work and told us to contact if they didn't work. Well, they didn't. We were left for weeks without correctly working hot water. I had emailed the business MD numerous times. I was ignored for almost 2 weeks because the MD was on annual leave, then he finally came back but then ignored my reply. They didn't send anyone out to fix the work they didn't complete correctly, they didn't even apologise. They then had the absolute audacity to email us an invoice for over £550 including hot water controls! They claimed I hadn't emailed them and threatened debt collection solicitors straight away again no apology. We have been through HELL with an 8 week old baby and no hot water travelling to our friends 30 minutes away to get a hot shower. Its effected work, personal life, everything and they whack over an email threatening with no apology, no offer to fix. They need to learn how to treat people and some decent customer service skills. They also need to ensure the work is correctly done they are tasked to do. AVOID.P.s be aware, he used a mate with a closed down company on companies house to chase me and try to scare me into paying. Don’t be fooled he’s got zero power.

We were already contract customers and Omnia had already responded effectively to our malfunctioning boiler. However, it became clear that the boiler needed replacing. With Alastair's help (including a site visit because of my ineptitude in describing our current heating and HW system), we opted for a new Viessman boiler and to replace the current system with a pressurised system. The new boiler and system were installed extremely professionally and, as important, James, Neil and the other members of the Omnia team were extremely helpful and a treat to deal with on a personal level.I would fully recommend Omnia. They know their business and are extremely professional. You simply could not ask for better.

Out with old boiler and in with the new! Martin and Neil were prompt and professional when replacing a gas boiler which Alastair had quoted for just a few days earlier and at short notice - very grateful and happy with their service to date.

I requested a service and repair in December 2020. Very good service, technicians were great. I was quoted individually for service and repair. I paid upfront on both occasions before they attended and have both transactions on my bank to prove this.2 years later I receive a phone call advising me that I have not paid for the service, and they could not find the transaction. I advised I had paid both times and for them to check their accounts. The next email I received was a threat telling me If I don't pay, they will pass it to a debt collection department. Rather than ringing me back and politely asking for some evidence which I could have very easily shown, and the matter would have been resolved. I hate to put any bad review online, but when a company uses threats when trying to obtain simple information this is disrespectful, unprofessional and ultimately the only people who will suffer from that is the company itself. I was due to book a service and would have happily used Omnia again until this happened. You have not only now got a negative review which will deter others, you also have lost a customer.Advice to people wanting to use this company - technicians no problems, office staff clearly need training and enlightening on how to treat customers and that threatening behavior unless necessary is unacceptable.

We were recommended to use Omnia plumbing through a friend. We had quite a dated heating system with it being an old house. The heating system was given a maintenance and also an installation of the 'Nest' thermostat system. We can now control our heating remotely through our phones and through the smart looking wall mounted thermostat.The service was flawless from initial quote to install. Omnia kept us updated throughout the whole process, booking in at a time that suited us, sending us alerts to notify that their engineer was on his way. The engineer 'Jacob' was very professional and polite, respectful of our home, and very knowledgeable of the new system. He then connected the system up to our phones and showed us exactly how to use it. Cant fault our experience with Omnia, will continue to use them in the future and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
