Imi is always so friendly and makes me feel really relaxed. For something which some dread, Imi makes it such a lovely experience and I couldn’t recommend her enough. She’s flexible with booking times and makes the whole experience a good one.

I’ve had laser hair removal and facials here, recommend for both! Informative and very understanding with regards to covid, gave extra treatments for no extra charge due to covid lockdown gaps preventing proper treatment times being possible.

Wow!!!!! had l treatment, can't believe it was pain-free and quick......I've had a lot of ingrown hair and excessive facial hair. The beautican very informative about aftercare and my expectations.I also had a Hollywood laser Carbon peel facial, was amazed, I and immediate results. i was completely at eased and relaxed, there was much elements. Really worth maintaining, amazing products... Can't wait for my next treatments.

Honestly can not recommend enough! Feel so comfortable since the first time I went. I was so worried that laser would hurt! But nothing at all! I always look forward to my next treatment and if you’ve never tried laser before this is the best place to go!

Have been for my first session of laser hair removal and it was life changing!! I would always get a wax and now having laser hair removal I can happily say I won’t ever be going back to a wax ever!!, Honestly could not recommend enough. Literally could not believe that the end result would be having no hair for up to a year and that it was all pain free!!!. Umarah was so polite and friendly I felt right at ease straight away she is such a lovely person. Honestly can not wait for the rest of my treatment and will not go anywhere else!
