We recently had our elopement at St Mary's Space and I honestly can't thank Charlotte and Jamie enough. They looked after us so well, completely understood what we were looking for from our special day, were hugely kind and also incredibly accommodating. The space and Sitooterie are beautiful and utterly unique - and of course they are situated in an absolutely stunning area of the highlands. Charlotte also found the most perfect florist, photographer and makeup artist for us. We couldn't have found a better place for our intimate, meaningful, wild wedding and we have memories to last a lifetime. A huge, huge thank you from us x

Charlotte and Jamie provide a warm, comforting, endlessly supportive and exciting atmosphere at St Mary's Space. They have unique style and passion, a flair for the extravagant and quirky which is yet also exquisitely tasteful and carefully planned. We had the most magical day we could imagine, filled with love and cheer, and moments that will stay with us forever in our hearts.One of the most special things about getting married at St Mary's Space is the personal attention you receive in planning your day. They take a genuine interest in who you are and what you might like, and think hard about how to make it all as fun and stress-free as possible. For example, we are very foodie people, and the menu Jamie crafted and that they prepared for us and our guests was beautifully thought out and superbly tasty. The menu took into account preferences, and intolerances but also pushed boundaries to make it really different and interesting and we both tried things we never had before, and every one of our guests loved the food.They work with only the best suppliers for food, and the most gifted photographers, hair and make up stylists, cake-makers, and florists and many more.Most importantly they are both just fab people and we are just so grateful to them for allowing us to get married at their beautiful and incredibly special Space.

We got married in a tiny intimate ceremony at St Mary's Space in June. What a wonderful experience start to finish. Charlotte and Jamie are such warm, welcoming, and creative people. St Mary's as a venue is eclectic, unique, and beautiful. Amazingly decorated and warm. The food made by Jamie was incredible, one of those meals you'll think about for years to come! We also had the pleasure of staying in the cabin on site (@stmaryssitooterie on Instagram.) And it was delightful! Private and cosy, I could have stayed there forever. We truly had the most magical time at St Mary's Space and would highly recommend it to any couple looking for an intimate and relaxed wedding. Thank you again, Charlotte and Jamie for opening your home to us. We will remember our time at St Mary's Space forever.

We had our small and intimate wedding at St Mary's Space on 3 June 2023.Words cannot explain how perfect everything was from the moment we arrived. All we did was book the venue and give the number of guests, and Charlotte and Jamie took care of everything else.From the personalised sign when we arrived, the amazing vegan food, to the beautiful decorations and thoughtful extra touches (including a typewriter for our guests to leave us messages) – we could not have found a place more unique and beautiful than St Mary’s Space. This venue is literally straight out of a fairy-tale.Thank you, Charlotte and Jamie, for the most beautiful day we could have ever asked for!Jess and Calum x

We had the most amazing experience at St Mary's Space when we eloped in August of this year. The location is absolutely beautiful. We stayed in the Sitooterie which is decorated with lots of beautiful, unique, quirky pieces.Charlotte and Jamie were so accommodating, supporting us with a wonderful menu which catered for numerous allergies and intolerances, allowing us to have packages delivered to the venue in advance and giving us plenty of advice about the area. We would highly recommend this place and wish we could get married again so we can go back!We also fell in love with their beautiful, friendly kitty!

We cannot fully express our joy and satisfaction of having our wedding at St Mary's Space. We were made to feel special and comfortable from the minute we made first contact with Charlotte and Jamie to arrange our special day. They truly went above and beyond anything we could have expected or needed. From our arrival at the venue, a beautiful secluded spot in the rural highlands, we felt totally at ease. They treated us as friends and we could not have asked for more supportive, helpful and considerate hosts. The food was exceptional and being vegan we were pleasantly surprised at the variety and quantity. The little touches made the memories of our wedding that much more special. We fell in love with their lovely cat Blue. These lovely people will always hold a dear and special place in our hearts. Hope to see you all soon. Thank you again.

We got married at St Mary’s on Wednesday and I can’t recommend the venue any higher.From initially enquiring to the day Charlotte and Jamie have been prompt and professional when answering emails, having travelled almost 500 miles to get married here we certainly weren’t disappointed.No request has ever been too much including a last minute time change and Charlotte and Jamie planning and organising and amazing selection of grazing boards.Where do I even begin with our evening meal WOW, if you are lucky enough to hold your wedding there and get the chance to eat your meal by candle light, the space reminded us both fondly of the dining scene from the great hall. Jamie created an absolutely outstanding meal for us ranging from a spiced pumpkin soup even serving this in a pumpkin to us, a gorgeous steak pie adorned with an a ❤️ k and a scrumptious apple crumble with a toffee sauce, we all have said it’s the best food we have had recently!It has been an absolute pleasure to have our wedding here and Charlotte & Jamie are one of the loveliest couples we have met

My husband and I recently tied the knot at St Mary's on 19 May 23 and we could not have chosen a more perfect venue for our wedding of 11 guests.The venue itself is beautiful, intimate, unique and is located in the most stunning spot in the highlands with postcard views from the sitooterie (the venues' on-site accommodation).Charlotte and Jaime are a dream team, they went above and beyond to make our day absolutely perfect. Charlotte's ultimate planning skills meant that I was able to be a super chilled bride, she was amazing, from liaising with and sorting all of the fabulous suppliers making the day really come together, through to being a wonderfully calming presence on the day in between transforming the venue from day to night.Jaime's next level cooking meant everyone was happy with full bellies (the sticky ribs were the talk of the evening), and we had some really (I mean really...gluten AND dairy free) tricky dietary requirements which caused no problems - we had a tapas style buffet where each dish was cooked beautifully, there was something for everyone and it was delish!If you are thinking of having an intimate wedding in the highlands then look no further, we cannot recommend St Mary's Space enough. Amazing location, mouth-watering food and legend hosts - what more could you ask for?Thank you Charlotte and Jaime for making our day better than we could have ever imagined and one we will never forget. We had our intimate wedding here with just our close families and we couldn't have chosen a better place. We're so glad we found St Mary's Space. We came up to visit back in December 2021 and we were stunned by the venue and its quirkiness and the surrounding scenery and after meeting the lovely Charlotte and Jamie, we knew we wanted to get married here! It just felt very us!Charlotte and Jamie were very welcoming to their home and everything in the lead up to and on the day was more than we hoped for! Charlotte and Jamie are both meticulous in what they do for weddings, Charlotte with her creativity of arranging the space and the décor, the atmosphere in the church felt magical and Jamie who created an amazing menu. They are both really accommodating and kind. The little things they did made it even more special, from the personalised hangers to the lovely breakfast the next morning. They listened to our thoughts and ideas and helped us to make the day perfect. Charlotte was brilliant suggesting celebrants and booking a ceilidh band which everyone really enjoyed! We also stayed with our little one in the Sitooterie on the night of the wedding and our nephews loved the trampoline :).We can't thank them enough for everything!

Where can we start. We found St Mary's Wedding Space by chance on Instagram and just knew it was the place for us. We wanted a really relaxed and special day, and everything about our wedding exceeded our expectations. Charlotte and Jamie are exceptional people, with a beautiful home and Charlotte really went above and beyond to create an incredibly special space for us, with so many little touches that throughout the day we would all be discovering something new. The intimacy of St Mary's Space really is something else, and we felt comfortable to be ourselves and share precious moments from our day with our nearest and dearest. The communication throughout was amazing, Charlotte really helped us feel relaxed, she recommended an amazing photographer, hair and makeup artist and a celebrant that made our ceremony perfect for us. Alongside organising everything and making this experience completely stress free for us! Jamie cooked a beautiful meal for us and both him and Charlotte worked incredibly hard to make sure ourselves and our guests felt comfortable and that everyone's needs were catered for (which wasn't an easy task so thank you!!). Words will never convey how special getting married in St Mary's Space really is and how thankful we are to Charlotte and Jamie for sharing their beautiful part of the world with us. It was truly a perfect day in every way. Thank you so much Charlotte and Jamie, we are forever grateful ❤️
