I lived there for a year and some months, and i had the most amazing time living there. The studios were pretty, well maintained and spacious. The response time of the team was amazing whenever i needed them to handle something. I'll always recommend

Stayed at St James Studios for a year and it has been a great experience. The building is well-decorated and new and Jack and Tom always went above and beyond to meet everyone's needs. It has been a highlight of my time in Middlesbrough. Would strongly recommend it here to any students looking for a place!

I stayed in St James for 2 years and my only regret is not staying here since first year! Jack, Tom and Sophie would promptly help with any issues and they are the friendliest people on earth. The studio itself is super nice and homey especially with all the common rooms provided. I have met many people from all over the world while staying here and I can't recommend this place enough!

Stayed here for 3 years. It is one of the safest places to stay in Middlesbrough since they have CCTV's everywhere. I would recommend St James Studios to everyone. Honestly I would have stayed here until my retirement but unfortunately I got a job in another city. Do not hesitate, the people (Jack, Thomas, Sophie) are EXTREMELY NICE. They really care about their tenants and fix any issues. I'd give them 10 stars if I could..

I’m currently staying in this wonderful building and I highly recommend it for anyone who’s looking for a nice and quiet place.It’s all new and clean, the location is perfect as well, literally close to everything and the area is nice and safe.Jack and Tom are very professional and friendly, always making sure that everything is up to high standards and they are always available whenever anyone needs anything.I’ve been here for 2 months now and my experience couldn’t be any better.

I've stayed at ST James' a couple times and everytime it's been a great experience. Rooms are nice and big, the ensuite is lovely, great central location near the university and the town centre. It's got a really nice relaxed environment and the hosts are always super helpful.
