I thoroughly enjoyed the BBC programmes this week showing the wonderful work being done by the wonderful Sister Rita and her volunteers to help those less fortunate than ourselves. May God bless them all.

I've seen the series and I think everyone at the centre do amazing work for the people of collyhurst. I just wish we had a sister Rita an a centre and EVERYTHING they do for there community in our community in Higher openshaw which is in desperate need of some kind of help. We used to have wheeler at comunity center some years ago, Now there is nothing. Keep up your good work, ps one of my good friends is a volunteer at the lalley centre he loves it. Well done all of you.x

Great place to volunteer in the alotment and talk to nice people. They also provide simple lunch and sometimes there are craft workshops.

I absolutely admire the formidable sister Rita and seeing how far she has brought the lally centre from how it first was has been an eye opener. I wish every community had an amazing lady like Sister Rita.
