Glen Oaks Housing Association

Don't get me wrong glen oaks are brilliant but that repairs team either needs re-trained or encouraged to do the job properly. Been sat with a broken kick plate leaving the pipes of my toilet exposed and without television due to the Ariel being faulty for nearly 3 weeks now, very stressful as the TV is what I need to bring my autistic son out of meltdowns and can't even do that my wee boy is so bored he's started pulling his hair out, he's autistic and doesn't understand what's going on. Absolutely disgusted with the repairs team. Will be writing a formal complaint aswwll

Got my headge cut over week ago pisss poor job done the front and sides didn't cut top of headge properly didn't even cut the back of the headge in the garden not a happy man stevie wonder could've done it better.

The worst housing association I have ever came across.they don't check contractors work. Took down my bushes on my property without even so much as a phone call or letter. Destroyed my lights. A gift from my late mum. Im devasted.i could go on. So much wrong with this association in Arden . Glasgow

Fab staff team and wonderful visit

Glen oaks terrible when it comes to repairs in house. Also they get people into wash closes that doesn’t get done right they leave the close soaking wet to point u slide and fall. There more interested in building new house than fixing repairs in house that already built. Arden would be better if wasn’t Glen oaks

Its more Junkies than normal humans, housing doesn't listen ppl, you asking them 15 times ans just they said aye aye aye okay.... Thats it, people are not trained looks like zero knowledge, two most people in housing don't even have qualifications to do this job.They finished middle school 100%.0/10.
