Absolutely horrible food and customer service! We usually really like Greggs but the Pizza bread was stone cold and the bacon was cold & chewy, I wouldn't have eaten it for free. I tried to explain this to the staff and I got a Well what do you want me to do about it" attitude. I have worked in customer service for years (still do) and well know this is not how you speak to a customer. Won't be returning."

Very poor and extremely slow service. Sometimes I think they forget they work next to a train station were people need to catch a train. They never have the big bags for the pies. Only for the vegan pies! I walk around with heavy equipment and need a big bag to carry the 2 pies together and eat. I only have one hand to walk and eat. Some times someone nice gives me the vegan bag for my pies. But almost always they won't and laugh at me when I explain I can't walk and eat with 2 bags of pies because of my equipment. Poorly managed and some horrid staff working there.

Having spent 2 weeks working in Bromley I was looking for somewhere to get breakfast to go and stumbled upon this extremely friendly and helpful Greg's.From day one the staff were cheerful and helpful even though they busy.For the whole 2 weeks I used them I never saw them miserable or slacking.I would seriously recommend going there just for the customer service.Other greggs outlets ( Derby) could learn a lot from them

They have recently shrunk all their french sticks and pasties as well as increasing the amount of purchases you have to make to get a free item on their loyalty app. This lost them two stars but I still enjoy their french sticks and the value is still relatively good. Staff are friendly and efficient.

Very bad service by young lady today.No smiley face, no welcoming, acting on very slow motion when picking up pastries, and rather than changing dirty paper where my food placed in, she tried to remove dirt with nails. I had to ask few times: can you please only change this paper it is dirty. Her face was even more sad.Crazy service.

So happy they're still open during this pandemic. Tasty pastries, cheap and cheerful the staff are nice and all C19 restrictions are in place. Keeping us essential workers going, thanks Greggs!

I love the vegan options but staff aren't very friendly and well...this picture is quite self explanatory. Meaty croissant on 'non-meat' tray. They seem to ignore queues too and don't bother to get more people on the till. This should be important considering many people will come here before catching a train/bus

Never open on time. They open at 7:11/7:12am I understand it happen sometime but not over 10min late but if you go by google said it should open at 6am that is over hour late but believe they change there time to 7am open so that need to change on google. It does seen like this Gregg never open on time specially on a Saturday
