I checked opening hours before I left Aberdeen. Open till 5.30pm. On arrival I then found out, shop was closed for retail. Wasted journey, very disappointed

Wanted to give local business a shot and the first few visits to the store were great with friendly and helpful staff, however as soon as l had a problem with a product the staff just didn't want to know. Manufacturer mixed paint did not match in-store mix paint (same brand and colour) so l'm left with visibly stripey walls. Staff offered no resolution and actually tried to insinuate l was to blame in some way. Very disappointed in the poor customer service and will be taking my business back to B&Q in the future.

The wallpaper in this store is second to none very high quality and a good selection of decorating materials. The reason for my 1 star is the lady that works in the store. Very unpleasant and made me feel uncomfortable to approach her with my query, calling in the store was no different! Same lady same unpleasant attitude. I’llStick with B&Q as for me manors are everything and I expect a polite helpful service when investing my money in to any store.Maybe something for the store manager to consider as you do not want customers turning else where.

Extremely pleased with the work carried out. We were able to organise a date for the work to be carried out well in advance, which LM kept to. The whole house was repainted to a high standard and again completed on the arranged date. I cannot recommend LM highly enough. I have used their painting and decorating services many times now and wouldn’t choose anyone else.

The painter did a first class job which I was really pleased with.From start to finish the whole process was efficient and the actual work clean and tidy.I would have no hesitation recommending Lawrence Milne.

Really like this shop, great products!.. as a local tradeperson I use it regularly but one member of staff puts me off going in unfortunately, she makes you feel unwelcone and like everything is a hassle so I don't use Shop as much, I won't put her name here but thought id make you aware.

Fantastic service. Excellent communication and professionalism with a quality finish painting the exterior of our house. Completed the job in good time and very reasonably priced. Would highly recommend.
