What an awesome team at Shire Stoves! Incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, they went out of their way to help us choose the right outdoor fire and log stand. Good, old fashioned customer service, where the customer actually takes priority. Great selection of lovely stoves and accessories at very competitive prices. I must mention that they are also stockists of my favourite paint, 'French Chic' and stock a fantastic selection of their products too. Thank you so much for making our purchase a happy, fun one.

I started looking for a wood-burning stove online, then some of the local shops that sell them. The last one I looked at was shire stoves from Whitestone business park. They were very friendly and professional. They went through all the stoves that were compatible with what I needed. I had no reservations about buying from them, and within the week they had installed it by two very professional men, the job was done to a very high standard the people that sold me the wood burner could not do enough for me I would recommend shire-stoves to anyone that was going to buy one in the future

Lovely company to work with! This was my first experience of putting in a wood burner and was quite a big job with a false chimney and wood stores required. The sales team worked hard with me to stay within my budget, great service and friendly people. Very happy with the installation, building team were again very friendly, polite and worked hard with minimal disruption. The necessary adjustments as the build progressed, were very well explained and options discussed fully. Overall I'm very happy with the work and service, would be very happy to recommend to anyone wanting a new wood burner or installation. Thank you Shire Stoves!

I had a wood stove installed in my lounge. Benjamin and his colleague was very professional. I love it.

Installed a lovely multi-fuel for me and lined the chimney. Then went back to them for came a marble fire surround and insert. The owners and the fitters are superb. I highly recommend them and they are a pleasure to deal with. I’m sat here now with a lovely crackling fire - Thanks everyone!

Great support from office with post quote advice and expertise. Very accommodating with booking in a fitting in a timely way. After fitting, support with helpful tips over phone on use of log burner. Nice and cosy and looks great.

Fantastic service from start to finish, we arrived with no idea what we wanted, Serena, Jess and Paul were fantastic at explaining and advising us in every aspect. Fast forward two months or so and our stove is fully installed, the guys who installed it were friendly and professional all day and came back the next morning to finish the plastering. When installed we were given full instructions on how to get started. The following day Serena called to check we were happy and further explained some parts and said to ring if we needed any advice. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Shire Stoves to anyone and if you visit the office you might get a cuddle with Remi the puppy, couldn’t ask for more.
