I've had a really positive experience with BCA contracts. My main point of contact was Ryan, following a recommendation. He was very professional and polite. He has arranged a visit to my house at a suitable time and was very punctual.He used his expertise to advise on which areas should be tested for asbestos and took the samples away with him.The results came after about a week.Even after I've paid the invoice,the aftercare was brilliant. I emailed Ryan a few more times with some questions and I've always received a prompt response. Ryan was very polite and never made me feel uncomfortable about asking questions.I will definitely be recommending BCA contracts and using them again in the future.

I was recommended this company because we wanted our bumpy artex looking ceilings plastered and we were told we needed to test them for asbestos first . Ryan came out , he was very friendly and professional. Very reasonable company and we got the results back after three days and luckily no asbestos!
