Concert Piano Tuner London

As a full-time pianist and piano teacher, I’d recommend Naomi a million times over to anyone in north/east London who has a piano that needs some love, old or new.She not only did an incredible job with my 100+ year old upright during her visit (I practice and teach on it), but was amazingly knowledgable about our piano’s particular features, the maker’s history, and its current and future needs. Even better, she was generous, patient, and accessible in keeping us informed about it — she sent a video report afterwards which summarised, even. (As a side note, she was a joy to have in the house too, and very sweet with our young puppy)You definitely want to feel a sense of long-term confidence with piano upkeep (pianos just need looking after no matter their ‘quality’), which Naomi’s approach gave us in spades - she kept us informed and answered our questions before and after she began work, and in enough specificity that we’d have helpful and accurate info even if we went to a different tuner in the future.It’s months on from our last tuning and I’m definitely returning to her, though: as attests to the soundness of her skill and subsequent advice, our piano still feels and sounds incredible (minus the normal ‘settling’ you expect over time). Thank you x100 to a real pro, highly highly recommended!

I love Naomi! She's been tuning my piano for about a year now. Always good quality delivered and also taught me a couple of times how to do it myself. Though I can't seem to tune it as well as she does!If you're looking for a great tuning at a great price with the addition of having a lovely presence in your home Naomi is your gal! Every piano and house needs a lil Naomi :)

Delighted with the tuning on my precious Wendl & Lung upright , done with care and professionalism. I will be repeating the tuning in 6 months would heartily recommend in East London and beyond where these skills are in short supply.

Naomi is a superb professional and a a great presence to be around. She has tuned my piano a few times and has revamped some of the keys and hammers - it's now in much better condition than when I bought it! Great job, I've also learned a lot about my piano as she's super knowledgeable.
